We plan to have a “Happy Birthday Edith “ Gala in memory of Edith Tripp, the oldest sister of founder, Narvis Hart. It will be on Saturday, February 25th, 2023, with a silent auction starting at 5:30pm. This gala will benefit Edith's House of Recovery.
It will provide support for Edith's House of Recovery, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women recover from addiction by providing them a safe place and opportunities to learn how to live a successful life. This event has a big impact on our foundation. It’s going to be awesome! Come and enjoy a formal night of food, music and a silent auction. Together we can make a difference. Come and support our mission!

Edith’s House of Recovery is Christ Centered, 12-step, in-house, six month to a year recovery program for women who have a drug and/or alcohol problem. We accept women ages 18 years and up.
Edith Tripp truly was one in a million. Her legacy will live on through all of us as we honor her through this ministry and investment in other lives! That's what she did... Invested in other people and that is what we want to do! We believe in this mission and her legacy. When a woman's life is changed through our program, other lives are changed as well. We are all daughters. Some of us are mothers, wives, sisters, cousins, granddaughters, but we all impact other lives by the life we choose.
It was Edith's heart to change other's lives by the influence of her own life and it is our goal to continue her legacy with the impact of treatment and recovery for women. Not only for their sake, but for the people that love them and for the people that God has purposed them to positively impact.
It is a life changing program that teaches life skills and provides tools and resources for living and overcoming.
Ladies will be in classes morning, afternoon and evening for 4 weeks.
After their 4 week completion, they will be placed in a work environment Monday through Friday in the daytime, and will attend our evening classes after work until they graduate the program.
It doesn’t matter how many times you mess up, there is always hope. There are so many barriers: employment, family support, and a good community, but if you take it very slowly and just go one day at a time you can make it! We've seen it!
Thank you for your support!
We will keep you updated as we go forward as to when we will open!
